What is the Altar Server Ministry?

The Altar Server Ministry looks to involve the youth of this parish to a greater extent in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. The ministry is open to any interested youth provided they are at least in the Fifth Grade and have received First Holy Communion. Altar Servers are called upon to help the pastoral staff through the year at the weekend Masses, and during seasonal celebrations. Periodic training for new Altar Servers are held throughout the year.
